Something that pops out at meh from school (of what little I recall) there are certain places you try not to cut off a figure. They are at the neck, the waist, the knees, and the ankles. Something about dismemberment and decapitation, I dunno...It's always best to end the image just above or below these places.

I'm liking the shading for sure, especially around her, ahem, fanny. The tones you have going where her right thigh meets it works really well to bring out the depth. Your faces are definitely getting better...still a little bit stiff, but coming along.

Dude, I mean, realy nice.... Awsome... I told you in game and in private messages... work work work and only work. You are still young, hell you are almost 10 years younger then me, and you have such a good skill at this age (and talent ofcz. But don't get me wrong, in my opinion talent means [email protected] here, work and persistence will get you where you wanna be, and that is amoung top of the art work guys).
Very nice work, and I'm honestly looking forward for next piece.
